yOU’RE IN EXPERIENCED & CAPABLE HANDS

No more band-aid solutions—let’s work on tools for transformation.

You wish it didn’t feel so hard—the endless to-do lists, the big

feelings, the never-ending thoughts. It can all feel overwhelming, and you just wish it were easier.

You’re on a constant rollercoaster of emotions. Maybe your anger flares up out of nowhere, making you feel ashamed or full of regret. Or maybe sadness or a sense of failure feels all-consuming, stealing your focus from the things that matter most to you.

Maybe you’ve been trying to push through on your own-staying busy, distracting yourself, or bottling it all up-but it’s not working anymore. You’ve been chasing the dopamine hit of learning something new, but no matter what, your life feels the same.

I HELP WOMEN WHO…

+        Struggle with limiting beliefs and a strong inner critic

+        Put everybody else first and don’t know how to prioritize their needs

+        Have a hard time being vulnerable or expressing themselves

 +        Want to feel confident

+        Often turn a blind eye to things that upset them

+        Are tired of feeling lost without a path forward

+        Feel overwhelmed by expectations and their responsibilities

+        Are looking for ways to cope and heal

+        Distance themselves from their emotions and body

+        Feel like they've lost touch with what truly excites or motivates them

“It’s not about feeling better, it’s about getting better at feeling.”

Dr. Gabor Mate

MY APPROACH

My priority as a therapist is to bring a sense of safety into the room, helping you feel seen, supported, and heard with the comfort to come as you are. As women we often get caught in the habit of putting everyone else first—whether it’s family, work, or other people’s needs—and it’s easy to lose sight of ourselves in the process. My job is to help you reconnect with who you are, process what’s happening, build healthy coping strategies, and create a life that feels more healed, and aligned with your values, desires, and goals.

I recognize that true growth happens when we’re willing to look a little bit deeper.

We’ll take things at your pace, combining practical everyday strategies with meaningful insights and skill-building. Together, we’ll also explore the parts of your past, present, or future that feel difficult to face or may have been overlooked until now. This is where the real healing happens, allowing you to release old patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you and empowering you to reclaim your life and relationships.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on emotion and attachment. Rooted in psychodynamic theory, I help clients address the connection between past experiences and present challenges. I’m informed and inspired by advances in neuroscience, particularly how the nervous system shapes feelings of safety and influences our instinctual responses. This understanding helps normalize behaviors and provides a foundation for healing.

Often, we look to our thoughts to help make changes—this is known as a 'top-down' approach, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on how our thinking patterns influence our emotions and behaviors. But there’s also growing science to suggest that a body-based, or 'bottom-up,' approach can be just as effective, if not more so. Somatic work focuses on the ways your body communicates with you, helping to access its natural ability to heal. I integrate both of these approaches to provide a balanced perspective—working from the top down and the ground up. EMDR is another powerful tool I use to help you process distressing life events so they feel less overwhelming and more like a part of your story that no longer defines you. Together, these methods create space for real and lasting change.

I’ll check in regularly to see how things are going—making sure you feel supported, revisiting your goals, and reviewing your progress. I’ll often ask questions like:

      "How’s this going for you?"

      "Am I helping?"

      "Are we on track?"

“What have you noticed has changed since we started?”

It’s important to me that you feel comfortable with the process, so if something doesn’t feel right, we’ll adjust it together. This is your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you.

I’m also not here to sugarcoat things, and you can always trust that I will be honest with you. This process can be challenging, but I’ll be there with you through it all, cheering you on. I believe in your ability to grow and heal, and I’ll always encourage you to pause and recognize the progress you’re making, even if it feels small. With warmth, honesty, and a bit of humor, I aim to create a space where you can connect with who you are at your core and discover all that you’re capable of.

MORE ABOUT ME

I know what it’s like to navigate pain and do the hard work of healing—I’ve been there myself. This personal experience fuels my passion for helping others find their way through challenges.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you might find me geeking out over the latest neuroscience developments and brainstorming how to make them practical for my clients. I’m also a bit of a game-night competitor, a dog lover, and someone who can’t resist good chocolate. Baby laughter? It’s my favorite sound. Music and art? They’re my soul food.

Above all, I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
